I use to live there at the plaza when I was very young. We moved in when I was 9 years old. Now I'm requesting an application to put in for the present time. My cousin still resides there. We lived there for 40 years. It was a very nice place to live back then. Now I'm hoping to move back my old stopping grounds because it was very present and with security protection

I agree about the elevators breaking down and the drug dealing and the smoking of weed in the stairway which out of control. At one time Management was careful on who to rent the apartment to. But now it doesn't matter. If they can get rid of those bad apples then Franklin could be even a better place to live and slow down on raising the rent. I have to work a 2nd job just to keep up with the rent. I'm not getting any younger. If franklin plaza is rent-controlled then I guess I'm...
