After weeks of seeing their Grand Opening sign I visited the small but cozy takeout Caribbean restaurant, Island Bites and was immediately glad I did.
The woman behind the counter greeted me with a hello and told me she would help me momentarily because she was assisting another customer. No worries, it gave me time to scope out the place. Itās clean and organized. The food is displayed in a hot station so you can see what you want before ordering, and everything looks so good.
Now for the best part, the food is delicious! Although the menu items are what you would see in most Caribbean restaurants, the taste is what separates it from the others. They use a fusion of Trinidadian and Haitian spices and the outcome is amazing.

I looked over the menu and all sounded foreign to me. But boy oh boy , when I stepped into the restaurant for the first time ,I was so pleasantly surprised by the people who serve you as well as the food. The restaurant became my daily stop into and get food all the time .
