Five Star — Restaurant in New York

My son and myself have been ordering from this place for over 3 years. After yesterday and a extremely angry delivery man. I will no longer order from them. I will never tip a person for screaming at me because they aren't happy with there job. To add more anxiety the manager Antonio calls to ask why I didn't tip the man. First off all tipping is not mandatory if you advertise free delivery second I totally understand that it's the proper thing to do for services that are expected. Not a man ranting at the top of his voice on my floor where all my neighbors where listening. I tried calming him down explaining this was his job not my problem but he wouldn't leave. So I just tried to called to order my burger and I know it closes at 11 but the guy who answered the phone was very rude and just kept saying we’re closed , we’re closed we finished for the night, at 10:29 which I get but the voice of the employee is known, you don’t have to be so rude and Ill mannered about it.
