I come to this location all the time for an açaí bowl. There’s always this guy behind the counter that does unhygienic things. Today, I walk in again I catch him scratching the inside of his ears while talking on the phone. He then proceeds to try to make my bowl which I instantly stopped him and asked the female worker to take over instead because I didn’t want him to talk on the phone over my bowl. After I stop him he proceeds to go the ice cream to assist 2 customers that walked in. He didn’t have on gloves and he didn’t wash his hands. Frozen D Lite in Fresh Meadows is usually pretty good. The young lady is great. My issue on September 3rd is my daughter and a few of her friends went after school. They all made purchases. My daughter spent a little over $29 on a milkshake and waffle. My daughter’s Waffle fell accidentally and she asked the gentleman if he could possibly replace it. He told her, “We don’t do that here”. That’s poor customer service on his part. ...

This is by far the best frozen yogurt I have ever tasted in my life. I know they have other desserts but I've never bothered to try them since the fro-yo is too good. The flavors are really good, my favorites would be mango, pomegranate, and coconut. The other flavors are also great but these three are something else. I wish I lived closer as I would come almost every day....
