Ella Fitzgerald Playground — Attraction in New York

This guy with the black covid mask on was coaching on the singular court when he was not supposed to on 8/14/2022. Those who play there & including the parks worker told him not to coach with a basket full of balls & respect the park's rule. Nevertheless, he was coaching without a proper coaching license only brandishing a park tennis permit when told to present his coaching credentials. He lined up 5 students in succession proclaiming they were all there before us even though we were there before the last of his 3 students. We urged him to share the court, irrespectively, but he refused, saying he doesn't want to share. The parks worker negotiated for him to leave the court by 9:30am, which he agreed unwillingly. Then when the time came he said he's not leaving until 10am, which is when he could fully be paid by his last student. We lowered the net by that time so that he'll leave but he didn't.
