I placed an order for 15 items and received an email confirmation. I later received an email stating the company had damaged 12 of my items (that cost $18.15 each) with a forklift and my entire order would be cancelled. I later checked the website and the cost of those items had increased to $29.86 each. I called "customer service" (which now after reading the reviews I understand is the owner working out of his personal residence) to inquire about the other three items. I was told because my 12 items were cancelled those additional three items were also cancelled. Absolutely horrible experience. Total...
