Worseeeeeee if you no you wanna be late rainbow is the cab company to call or may be they should rename the company instead of Rainbow it should be 15 Minutes cause whenever you call to find out how long again for your ride there rude dispatcher always say 15 minutes....I had a12oclk pick up called at 11:47 was told the driver is 20mins away called back about 30 mins was told the driver is 7 mins away called back was then told there was some sort of mix up that the driver is 45mins away an my 6 which took me forever to get an I was suppose to be there at 1 is now 1:35 here goes the driver calling to ask if I'm still going...I said going where home... then the rude dispatcher calls miss king are you still going to your appointment my reply was you can go to the appointment seeing that I can go i was so pissed i just ended up taking the train with my bad knee listen if you no your taking rainbow to your own funeral just no your gonna be late.. Read moreTHE WORST CAR SERVICE EVER. I was scheduled for a pick up to the city for 9:15am, that was confirmed the night before. It was going to take an hour to get to my appointment, and I called at 9:20am to get an update on my pickup, the driver had no record of having to pick me up at all!!!! The lady who answered the phone said she was going to “try” to get me another driver, 45 minutes later is when i received a call with her saying “we are still trying to make arrangements for you.” DISGUSTING AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!! No standard for customer service so the drivers act however they feel at the moment. Last experiences with a medically fragile child showed their lack of communication skills and empathy. The drivers run the show which makes it difficult when they don't have any passion for transportation services. I wish I could give 0 stars because of the last experience.
