We know how bad the MTA gets by the day. I've taken the L to Manhattan for 10+yeras at this station and have to say the people working behind the booth have gotten worse through out the years. They simply don't care about their jobs, intentionally clueless on how to help people. Sadly they know they are getting pay no matter what so the minimal amount of effort and service are the MO. Laziness is the new norm. Disgusting and dirty station like I've ever seen before. But hey the MTA keeps getting bail out by...
