
I went to the store today found some furniture. the furniture they look good they felt good. The woman had an attitude she didn’t want to punch in the prices on the calculator she was getting mad. She didn’t speak good English. She didn’t tell me all the information she had to tell me the moment I left the store, I Started getting spam calls and I don’t understand why She didn’t explain What leasing is. she called it leasing but she didn’t explain what it meant and she cheated on the application and I Only have three months to pay The full payment. I’m gonna have to pay all interest on the whole furniture prices. She didn’t even give me the right measurements and she didn’t even know how to measure the couch so I could buy a couch cover for my couch. after I left the store, I did the review check I didn’t think about that. The review said 4.1 stars but after I’m reading all the reviews a lot of people gave them a one star two stars I missed that but I don’t understand I was never getting spam calls before why am I getting them now, that’s the biggest thing that set me off to realize that somethings wrong with this...
Read moreUpon arrival, I was told that my couch didn’t fit the elevator. So I waited. Just to be told that it couldn’t fit up the steps either. Their were three workers sent. So I was told I’d have to pay extra $ to fit the couch up the stairs. The two males whom job was to deliver never tried to get the couch up the steps properly. Two Guys that were very rushy and discriminating. One did not speak or greet as he entered my home and had an attitude upon delivery. My boyfriend left work early to help the other worker named Adam with my couch. That I knew could fit. They tried to charge me a $150 break down fee for the couch. One of the workers lied about a $50 job for $75. I can’t tell you their names because there was no real communication between us unless it was about the furniture not being able to fit in my elevator. ADAM was the only worker that cared about my experience and made sure my delivery reached the destination efficiently and carefully. He took his time and was very polite and honest. Read moreEverything is awesome ofcourse at the time of sale, but once you need assistance to repair a part of the furniture, noone is responsible. Cusomer Service at its worst! I have dealt with all 3 managers amongst the Bronx and Harlem store and are all a joke. I have been cancelled rescheduled and promised a tech to fix my sofa that never shows up, for the past 2 months atleast twice a week. You guys can do the math! I am an honest,, hard working woman, very sensitive to promises, all of which these managers made and I've been incredibly dissapointed. I was able to complain to the BBB, but come to find out the Company isnt even credited or listed in the system. My advice would definitely be to spend a few extra hundred dollars for a company that will definitely value you as a customer for upcoming years not just in the spare of a moment. My fiancé and I spent about 500 dollars on "insurance" alone, and can't even get serviced. I will NEVER purchase again. I can be given free pieces and I'd deny it. Lesson well learned for...
