Grand Evening to everyone. My name is David. The first thing I would like to focus on is the warm greeting and Smile that I've consistently received, Starting from my very first visit. A warm greeting let's a customer know that they are at a place of good vibe Energy. Now on to the food, And you can't go wrong with any choice. My Favorite is The Auntie "Crab Cake" Meal which comes with 3 sides ( The Collard Greens, potato Salad & Mac & Cheese is out of this world ). The Soul Bowl (BBQ Cauliflower Bites) is official. The Seasoning in all of their food is Just right ( You know we care about The Seasoning Lol ). The Hidden gem as far as Dessert goes is their Banana Pudding, Amazing!!! Try to get some before they sell out. What alot of people don't focus on is cleanliness. Nana's A Vegan is Very Clean, No trash laying around anywhere and Gloves are on the servers hands when an order is being prepaid. The food was very, very salty so salty that I couldn’t even eat all of them. They had no drinks to offer. She stated the smoothie machine is down. It was so bad I had to ask her did the salt top fall off into the plate? Her response was what part was salty. I told her the entire food was salty then her response “I don’t use salt. IM SO DISAPPOINTED RIGHT NOW I PLACED A ORDER TODAY AT 1:45pm AND 1 HOUR LATER THEY CANCELED MY DAMN ORDER WHY? I GET NO EXPLANATION WHY?AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND.
