This review is solely based on the professionalism of this company of which there was none. I had an appointment for a broken glass window repair, which was not honored. The individual called and scheduled another appointment hours later, so I decided to give them another chance. I received a text confirmation of the appointment, so I felt like this one will be honored. I also received an appointment reminder the day before, so now I’m quite sure they will show up. Wrong! They did not show up nor did I receive a text or a call from this company. I find this behavior highly unprofessional. Professional and timely! I called to see if he could repair a window that wouldn’t stay open on a Friday night, and he immediately responded that he could do the job.
