Hunter's Point South Commons — Local services in New York

I been living at Hunter’s Point Living (Commons) for 10 years and was lucky that my family was a lottery pick when the building first opened. As I seen huge changes in the neighborhood over the years one thing I could say I am blessed to live here. The building was opening back in 2015 and loved we have a concierge and amenities. Emir Muminovic is always listening to my concerns and he is very professional. Edwin Cruz & Concepcion Serrano always additive and always asking if my family is good. They always on top of my expectations yearly and painting cycling. Francisco Lopez is my favorite in the front desk always finding misplaced packages 📦 and very knowledgeable on front desk operations. Guillermo Vega (Will) is always working hard and keeping the lobby and elevators very clean. Celson Eufracia (Miguel) is one great handyman and would explain everything from breakage and upkeep on appliances. Marcos Rosairo he is a great handyman and has his strengths on flooring. When I submit my work order it is granted and acknowledged quickly. I am a member to have access to the amenities and garden. Once again is a privilege to live here and call HPS...

Stellar apartments with a great view. The apartments are nicely constructed with modern appliances and large enough rooms. The kitchens and bathrooms are especially nicely sized with plenty of room. Modern commodities and a really clean building. The staff is nice and the people at the front desk are respectful and always willing to assist. Any technical issues such as a burnt light bulb are replaced quickly by the buildings maintenance team. The amendities are also really neat the building's gym is great the terrace is great everything is real neat. The only problem is the lack of parking for cars but the problem is easily resolved by the indoor parking which is intergrated with the building but seperate business. I love this building! Lived here over a year so far. From the front desk to the porters they are all friendly and professionals. Overnight guy always treats me when I get back from home. And if something needs repair they are quick to respond and fix it. The amenities space are great I use the gym all the time and for my bday I rented out one of the top floor rooms.
