Chinelos Birria Tacos — Restaurant in New York

I am working in the 6th Avenue area and I have been eating out of this truck every week night for the past 3 to 4 weeks and I must say the food is excellent. But there is one big problem! While the guys working there are all extremely pleasant and polite, there is a lady working there who was extremely rude and overcharges when asked for the salsa on the side. She charges me $14 instead of $12 when I asked for the salsa on the side.The menu clearly shows two salsa sides with your quesadilla. Tonight, when she was working again, I asked About them, she rudely says that they are already mixed into the quesadilla. When I mentioned that they are clearly displayed in the menu to be on the side, her answer was, “I have no cups”. I want to reiterate that all the guys I have met working there are extremely pleasant and very friendly, but she is hurting...

You know how there are some food trucks that are better than full blown restaurants? Well this isn't one of them.

I gave them 5 chances and was left disappointed every single time (quesadilla, tacos, burrito). I usually go with carnitas but I here I had to spit out every second bite because the meat was full of unchewable cartilage - just disgusting. Then I ordered chicken and instead of it being chopped up breast meat it was deboned or should I say chopped up including the bones. Despite the burrito being 90% rice I again had to spit the meat out multiple times. Lastly, I tried steak and once again super chewy. That's it, I give up.

So let me start with that they mistakenly charged my daughter 440.00 DOLLARS for our tacos. So the “manager” had to come to fix it. Did the bare minimum. Gave it to us in cash BUT during this long drawn out practice our ride had to leave, so not only did they actually charge us the 48 dollars for tacos, there was no apology, no discount and he literally did not care when I said now I have to take a 35 dollar Uber!
