Not professional call to let them know I was running a little late do to an accident traffic was back up, Manager was very rude he hang up on my called then canceled my appointment before the time of appointment, I tried to called back several times no one never answered my calls, I still decided to go when I got there 2 technicians was there one was sitting at the front desk she refused to take me she was very rude as well she said there’s no appointment available for today I ask what about tomorrow she said No they’re all booked up, I told her I kept calling more than several times why wasn’t anyone answering the phone her answer was oh we don’t have the phone here we are just the technician, I said what kind of business is this it’s very unprofessional, how do you not have a phone at the place of business what kind of business are you guys running that doesn’t have a phone she stayed quiet didn’t have an answer. so whoever is answering the calls to make appointments is probably the boss he’s not professional, he’s very rude never answer back any of my calls or return my call, Very bad customer service rude.Worse...

customer service is terrible. I had Abby, this was my first time doing eyelash extensions so I was unsure what style to get and asked her for recommendations. She just kept answering with "Idk, everyone eyes different" and being very unhelpful. Whenever i would ask another question, she just interrupted me and said the same answer over and over again. was very cold and didnt even look at me when answering my questions. The other lash tech, Chloe, was more helpful than her. Do not recommend here if you're looking for a place that offers superb customer service! i would give it a 0 out 5...

I'm on a quarantine clean up! Today I had my eyelashes down at Beauty Park. The location is convenient for me, but is metered parking if you want to park closest to the salon. There are two girls working there and one guy behind the desk. I had the Natural (70 pieces) set, C curl, 15mm thick, and size 10-12. The girl who did my eyelashes were so gentle I barely felt anything. She did all my eyelashes in about 40 minutes. She did a great job, and I don't even feel them on my eyes nor does it feel weighed down or stab me in the corners of my eyes. I will be back in 3 weeks...
