No integrity in the way they conduct business period.
I am a customer that has been here for almost 10 years and I've introduced over 8 people to this salon.
My boyfriend went to cut his hair today. We waited for almost 2 hours and when it was finally our turn, the hairstylist (not Johnny but the short one) decides to attend to the customer that came in after us. What's infuriating is that this isn't the first time. Every single time we came in, he did this, and 99% of the time he always lets people cut us. Not just one individual, BUT MULTIPLE PEOPLE.
BASICALLY: I really don't appreciate being cut in line EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE YOUR OLD CUSTOMERS. I am a loyal customer too and I don't expect you to treat me ahead of others, I expect to WAIT MY TURN.
