I’ve been going to them for hair and eyelash services when they were still at their old location in chinatown. Their current location is new and clean with a simple modern interior. I had a good experience every time I went!

Mark is usually the one who does my hair services. I’ll give him a reference photo of what I’m looking for and he’ll try the best of his abilities to replicate it. The results come out really well. He’s really friendly and professional. I ask him questions about my hair and he always give me good suggestions and tips.

I also recently started getting eyelash extensions done here by Esther. For my first appointment, I was a bit nervous but Esther made the process super smooth and easy. I didn’t experience any discomfort during the application and it’s done really well. I find that I get really good lash retention even when I start slacking off on brushing and cleaning them. I randomly called on a Saturday to see if they had any availability, and they told me to come right in. Andy had just finished with another client and ended up doing my first-ever perm and haircut — and let me just say, it’s the BEST haircut I’ve ever had.

I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he got straight to work. He took his time, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and nailed the look. Like… how is this place not viral yet? How is he not viral yet?? I kind of want to gatekeep, but seriously — Andy is the best hairstylist in NYC, hands down. Amazing price, amazing service, and the staff is super sweet too.

I’ve always dreaded haircuts, but now that I’ve found Andy, I genuinely don’t see myself going to anyone else. I told my family and my boyfriend about him the moment I left. I had one of the best experiences at Jimi Salon with Yang!

I stumbled upon this salon by accident and was very impressed with the entire process. It's super clean and neat, and they even provide lockers for your items with a key.

I spoke with the sweet lady up front, who was able to get me set up very quickly with a wash and cut. She did an amazing job with washing out my hair and every product smelled really soothing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and open to help in any way they could.

Even though I didn't speak the same language as Yang, we used different pictures to discuss what hairstyle I wanted. He was very thorough with the way he was cutting my layers. It was amazing to watch him treat my hair with such care and respect.

After my perfect haircut, Yang gave me an amazing blowout! He turned my hair into amazing layered, healthy hair.
