I could not be happier. First, I was able to have my trunk lid replaced same day which was just fantastic. Second, the staff who I assume are brothers were easy to deal with and made me feel heard. They reassured me that I made the right decision to purchase a salvaged trunk lid and addressed all my concerns with professionalism and kindness. I can see why they have been in business for generations. Third, the little things they did stood out the most. They buffed the salvaged lid, something they didn’t have to do, and they removed other markings because they care about customer service. They transferred parts from the original lid that were in better condition than the salvaged lid which isn’t something they had to do and it wasn’t requested but I am so happy they did. Karl’s will be my go to body shop from now on and I will sing their praises to anyone that asks me for a recommendation. I felt like I was treated as family or at the least a good friend. ...
