Nice bag, happy with my service. However they have problems with their checkout technology...
They had a long queue so they tried to use their portable phone checkout for me. The transactions kept on failing even after 4 attempts. I ended up having to queue at the counter anyway.
A week later I checked my bank statement and they had charged me twice for the bag. With another 2 charges pending!
Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to sort this refund out. And I don't have a receipt because they said they would email it to me but it never came through.
If you shop here, wait for the register, don't trust their portable checkout technology and get scammed like I did.
Edit: Added a star because I called the store up to get the charges reversed. And although their phone lines are also awful, the manager was trying her best to be very helpful.
The situation still isn't fixed but they have submitted a ticket. Apparently I will have to wait up to 4 weeks to have the matter resolved while they conduct an investigation into the incorrect transactions before I will be getting a refund. I am not thrilled but will wait and see.
Edit: Finally got refunded for 2 scam charges from this store.... Wait for it.... 4 months later. What a joke.
The manager also went awol and never updated me on progress beyond the first few emails. Actual disgrace. Even 1 star...

As we entered the store we were greeted by two employees, which was fine. We looked around the store and she wanted to get her favorite scent and was hoping they had it. As we were looking around however, an employee came up to us, unprovoked, and said she was here if we needed help. Again. That was fine. I told her thank you for the offer. She then wanted to show me the price tag, saying that it was 175 and it was their sale price. I again said thanks for the help and went about my day. I dont know what she looked like bc again I did not ask for nor wanted her help, she felt like she was doing me a favor by pulling out a process tag to tell me something was on sale.
