So I decided to build myself a promise ring. I'm in love with pink and purple so I looked at a few stones that were ordered by the place that I got my setting from and they just weren't right and neither was the price for what my options were with them. Side note I'm kind of picky. They pulled in three stones and none of them were right. Even though I put half down on a stone with them I asked for a refund because I started Googling online and ran across the natural Sapphire company. Their selections were amazing!! The detail and zoom in in the video, descriptions, and everything made it very easy for me to select a FEW stones that I wanted to choose from. I ended up falling in love with one stone that was not the pink color I was originally looking for. I ordered it it came in and I just couldn't decide if I wanted a more purple stone or a more pink one like I originally thought. So before their sale was over I ordered two more. Because I really wanted to see them and their return policy made me feel comfortable enough to look at the stone and then send them back. After getting the other two stones in although I felt totally in love with one of the other Stones as well I had to convince myself to choose one. Just one. I almost cried. Because these stones are so gorgeous! The second one I fell in love with was the most beautiful fuchsia colored Sapphire I have ever seen! The cut was gorgeous it leaned beautifully and shined gorgeously in the light. But for some reason it's still didn't feel like my stone. The original Stone was my stone for this particular promise ring because of how beautifully flawed it was. My stone it's not heat treated at all. Has the most gorgeous flaw that looks like the universe or a Galaxy to me. I call her my little dirty girl because I am too just a little. But shh. It's rare to find a raw Sapphire first of all second this one is the most beautiful purple and when hit by certain lights it flickers right fuchsia. It's also diamond cut which is also rare for sapphires to be cut that way. I feel very blessed to have found the perfect stone for this promise ring to myself. It's a really important ring for me because I feel like I lost myself in my last relationship and I want to remind myself that I am worth my weight in diamonds, gold, and RAW sapphires! Lauren helped me, she was so patient with my pickiness! And super sweet about it. She really understood how important this was to me. Oddly enough, I don't think that her sweetness was just for me but for anybody ordering through her. She really makes you feel special. With no hassle returns. Then to top this wonderful experience off... I sent her a few pictures of me and how I'm always pink and purple from my hair to my car... one of the pictures I had on one of my mermaid tails. Come to find out she's a mermaid too!!! 💜 🧜🏾‍♀️🧜🏼‍♀️which just solidifies how perfect and meaningful this is and it will last a lifetime. Sentimental tears! I can't wait to hand down this awesome special ring to my son if he wants to give it to his fiance one day or who knows. They might have to wait till I die cuz I don't think I'm taking this gorgeous thing off! Exemplary customer service, exquisite inventory, and competitive pricing! You can't beat it! We originally bought a stone only from this company. We needed a 5 carat or larger emerald and we wanted a Vedic ring. The stone shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition in a really hefty packaged box and a sponge lined box too! When we took the ring to our local jeweler, they said that because it’s an emerald, they were not willing to carry the liability of damage to actually make the ring. We went back to Lauren who helped us with the design of the ring and then she sent us a label and the emerald was again shipped (with insurance from the company) in its multiple padded boxes back to the company so that they could make the ring for us.

We received the ring yesterday and it is absolutely spectacular. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The stone has been set in such a way that the minor imperfections (inclusions) that we saw when we bought the stone are no longer visible!

Lauren always replied to our emails or calls very quickly, and I never felt that we were in the dark or we could not get questions answered. She was wonderful. This company definitely is a five star customer service company.

Just wanted to make a point that our local jeweler showed us some 5 carat emeralds and they were in the region of $25-$40,000. So if you’re in the market for a less expensive emerald, this is also available on this website but the super expensive ones are also here if that’s what you want.

They delivered the ring to us via FedEx priority overnight, and a signature was needed to receive it. I felt very safe and comfortable shipping the stone and receiving the ring.

We were not aware that our local jeweler would not cover liability for the emerald being damaged during the ring making process, so if you’re considering buying the stone from this company and having the ring made elsewhere, just something that we learned during our journey.

We both wanted Vedic rings where the stone is in contact with the skin and Lauren worked with us to create exactly what we were looking for. The ring is 100% exactly what we had designed and hoped for.

If we had to do it over, we would 100% go with this company and actually, I may have purchased my stone and had my ring madefrom this company as well, instead of the local jeweler.

As you can imagine, sometimes emails get misconstrued - but not with Lauren, not once did she seem frustrated (even with our millions of questions) .. she was pure joy.
