My Kiehl's Reward expired last month and no courtesy was extended despite calling and e-mailing customer service. My client experience is less than favorable since Kiehl's decided not to extend or re-issue my earned reward even though we're in the middle of a pandemic and Kiels's stores have been closed which limits patrons cannot redeem coupons in store to avoid shipping fees. Since many folks like myself have lost income due to the pandemic, it is disappointing that Kiehl's was not willing to extend the reward expiration date, like many good companies are doing today due to the worldwide pandemic (i.e. United Airlines) and restrictions on movement so customers do not loose earned rewards after consistently supporting Kiehl's out of many companies in this industry. Since there are many companies selling cosmetics, going forward I urge you to support other companies that demonstrate a "real" commitment to their clients by delivering value to customers by extending rewards to show compassion to customers in a global pandemic who have lost so much including family, friends, and financial resources. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in for a free facial this past Tuesday and I had a calming experience. It was my first facial since I was a kid and Mars was very kind and respectful. He asked consent for every process even to the āis it okay if I touch your face?ā When I was there for my face to be touched š it helped me feel even more comfortable. Throughout the process he consistently asked if the pressure of the object was okay and if anything was burning or uncomfortable. All in all a wonderful first facial experience. I do think that the time in between layering the products should have been longer as my face was still very shiny and oily to the touch even an hour later because the products didnāt dry. One thing that I felt a bit uncomfortable with was the other employees in the store kept looking at me - maybe because the free facial was technically over but the sign was left outside so I got it anyway? Iām not sure but itās all good! I give 4/5 because my face didnāt dry completely and I wasnāt able to get samples of everything that was used on my face because they ran out, I was hoping for the sunscreen. The call never came asked for tracking information which was sent which showed UPS didnāt even have the package then I inquire about tracking information. Shipping info was told one thing then was told it was in processing then was told they donāt even know if it was lost, then I get an email and they send me an email telling me how to use three products I didnāt even inquire about did I mention the supervisor never called. Then Iām told the packages with USPS I call back and they tell me itās not with USPS then I called again the same day they tell me it is with USPS. This is totally unacceptable now Iām on the second week. Of course I have to initiate conversation and notification because Iāve received nothing in the second week.
