Literally the worst service, I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment and was not seen until 1.5 hours later after being constantly told I would be seen soon. When I finally shuttled into a room I had to wait another 20 mins. A woman came in asked me a few questions about my vitals and then said a nurse practitioner would be in. Waited another 15+ mins.
A woman came in didn't say anything to me looked at the computer screen the whole time and immediately said that iI' need drug x. Without explaining anything about my symptoms what I had etc. She clicked a few buttons another nurse popped in the door and with an inside jokes something to the effect of "Good luck with Ryan!" she responded "See you later girl" and turned around looking at her computer screen typed a few things and said a doctor would be in soon (No eye contact or acknowledgement whatsoever).
Next came a doctor 20+ mins later with more or less the same attitude/story telling me i needed drug x and this particular brand telling me how to take it. I will never be returning again!! To this day they are harassing me for the bill. I ended up following up with another doctor and was told using the Rx was unnecessary for what I was experiencing and gave me some homeopathic treatments.
TL;DR AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! YOU WILL BE THERE FOR HOURS EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY WILL TRY TO SHOVE NAME BRAND MEDS DOWN YOUR THROAT AND SEND YOU OUT THE REVOLVING DOOR. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN YOUR GENERAL HEALTH ORWELL BEING RATHER MOVING YOU DOWN A PILL POPPING...
Read moreReally disappointed by my experience with this and the West 14th location today. I booked an appointment online for a routine urine sample at W 14th, and arrived for my 9am appointment at 8:50am. First, I entered the lobby and was immediately yelled at by the receptionist to get outside because they weren't opening for 2 more minutes (it was 8:58am at this point), despite the fact that it was 15F outside this morning. Rude and thoughtless. Next, I checked in and waited for 30 minutes, while 3 other patients were called before me, despite that I had an appointment and was the first person through the door. Finally the receptionist informed me they were having trouble with their system and couldn't complete my sample, but they called the East 14th location and I could go there right away for my test. So I made the ten minute walk to East 14th, and then was made to wait another 30 minutes, because "it's a different location and there are other people in front of me" despite the fact that I had an appointment at 9am and had been holding a full bladder for over an hour at this point. Rude, thoughtless receptionists, slow service, not a single care or concern for my time, my restroom needs, or anything else, despite having scheduled this...
Read moreI am only give one star because I am forced to. I would give zero if it was an option. I took my son to this location this morning because he had the flu. I was worried that he had Covid. The Nurse Practitioner dismissed my concerns, stating that his symptoms are not Covid. He had a fever, sore throat and a stomach ache. I specifically asked her to give him a Covid test. She begrudgingly said she would test for him Covid along with the flu tests. When she came back, she said no flu and instead said that she believed that he had appendicitis and referred us to the hospital emergency room. Thankfully, we had another option and saw a doctor. His first question was whether he had a Covid test. I said yes but it was not on the discharge papers, so she lied about giving him the test. He immediately gave him a Covid test and it was positive. He examined him for appendicitis. He does not have appendicitis. Imagine if we actually went to the emergency room and exposed everyone to Covid because this nurse wouldn't listen. Worse yet, she lied about giving him the Covid test. She should be fired immediately. These types of medical care professionals should be better trained. Not to mention that he was so scared at the thought of having...
