My review being long, I will first state that I was fortunate to meet a professional, fair, highly skilled broker/designer - extremely rare occurrence in this business. The jewelry was gorgeous, high quality, and beautifully customized per your wishes - at a fair, reasonable price. I am delighted with the experience and my purchase, and shall definitely be a return customer.

Update: I returned to L&L Jewelry again, this time to have a pair of sapphire, diamond, and white gold earrings (studs) to be reset into a different setting. Abraham did a stellar job (in 2 days) at a fair price; I am thrilled with the results and can finally wear these earrings. (Original stud setting was poorly done, so earrings looked crooked and uneven.)

Best experience I have ever had in the Diamond District - Abraham of L and L Jewelry had some beautiful, clearly high quality pieces and designs, and was a genuine pleasure to speak with; I left a happy customer in terms of the actual transaction/shopping experience, and in a relaxed, (unusually) light, cheerful mood. This is outright unheard of - walking, much less actually shopping, through that one block can bring the most seasoned New Yorker either close to tears of pure frustration or a vividly colorful tirade of swearing generally reserved for sports, politics, religion, and people that insist on blocking subway doors; 47th Street between 5th and 6th Aves reminds me of an Uzbek bazaar more than NYC.

I found and purchased a simple, elegant ring for a truly fair price - yet another unicorn in the Diamond District. Abraham took time to show me dozens of options that suited my needs, design preference, and budget; I especially appreciated the efficiency of service even after I decided to make a purchase - the ring is being resized overnight (has never been less than 2 business days in my prior experience).

I absolutely intend to be a repeat customer - I originally came looking for sapphire earrings to match a specific ring I have, and I was shown a vast range of options and potential designs that would be customized to my specifications. Moreover, Abraham was fully transparent about prices, from the end product to cost & quality differences between components. Not once was I pressured (or BS'd) to make a decision or purchase, which is such a rarity - particularly for me, being a very petite woman that looks far younger than I am (and thus tend to get treated like a naive child or in a condescending, patronizing manner...to...

We had the most amazing experience at L and L jewelry while shopping for our engagement ring and wedding bands. It first started when my husband was shopping around for my engagement ring in 2020 and was recommended to L & L. From the moment he walked in, Abahram and his family made him feel welcome, comfortable, and truly special. They took the time to understand his style, budget, and what he was envisioning for such an important day. It's no surprise that we returned to them to shop for our wedding bands!

The selection of wedding bands was absolutely stunning—everything from classic designs to more unique and custom options. We never felt rushed or pressured, and their knowledge and guidance helped us make confident decisions. They even offered customization options so we could add personal touches to our rings, which made them even more meaningful.

My fondest memory with L and L was meeting up in New Jersey to pick up our final rings. The ability to meet up in NJ to avoid the commute to the city was truly commemorable. As for the bands themselves -- the quality and craftsmanship were beyond what we hoped for—they're elegant, timeless, and fit us perfectly, both in style and size.

I have been working with abraham for over ten years - from the moment we met and he designed my engagement ring and wedding band, right away I could see the expertise in design and quality he brings to his crafting.
