I purchased 2 orders with them recently one was a layaway I intended on paying within a span of a week (was going to make 3 payments) and the other was an affirm. Started off fine paid tax prices on both but expected from trax. They said they verified my first layaway payment after one day and then I submitted my second payment and it made me verify again after taking my payment. After 200 chats with support trying to verify and over 5 phone calls (sending in ID front back, holding my ID, front and back of debit card, holding my debit card MULTIPLE TIMES) they could not verify my order they said they would refund the order and cancel. they refunded a portion of the money then took it back out of my account the next morning. contacted support again (day 5 of dealing with this btw) and they said they only received my first layaway payment and that I had to call again then they finally found my payment for that order after 5 days and now they are saying the refund is going to take 5 days just so l can buy the order and pay in full to not deal with there bullshit anymore. My second order on affirm is nearly not as bad I ordered a few days ago and was just verified today by there team but no payment was taken out now it says my first payment starts next month when it was supposed to start this month anyways don't mind to much about that but there whole system is a mess. This was so simple the ID address matches the shipping and billing address as well there was nothing wrong at all. Just a complete failure on the entire trax staff team 5 days of absolute hell and they still have my money. I've ordered from Johnny dang and multiple other jewelers just fine this has been a miserable experience been thrown in so many circles. Update - second time around buying a jeweler named Elliot quoted me a much higher price than another jeweler the previous day and refused to lower the price even tho I had just lost the invoice message from the day before. I messaged Steven and he handled it immediately. Max should be ashamed of his staff I understand they have to make there cut but I’m sure he wants you to sell product. Losing a customer because you won’t lower the price to what i was quoted not even 24 hours before and then having another one of your jewelers do it immediately shows the extreme lack of professionalism. Elliot should not be working for this company as he is not a team player and doesn’t care about the business making money just himself.
