I'm ordering from S.Korea so I hope this will help any international buyers. I've ordered 4 items (1 Diamond Ear rings and 3 Diamonds rings) via their Online page. I placed my order on Feb 14th.
(Original Feb 26th ) I called customer service couple of times past 2 weeks to ask about the delay and they told me that the reason for the delay was because they didn't have the item in stock and that they were making it from scratch. (Which I totally understand because not many Jewelry shops have multiple amount of the same item) Anyways on the phone they were really nice although they could've told me straight that it was going to take awhile but still they never got agitated with me and knew who I was soon as i called so that showed me they are aware of what's going on.
I called again on Tuesday (Today) they told me that 3 items that are finished will be shipped today and that i should receive a tracking number in my e-mail soon which I did !! So for now I'm still waiting and I have to call tomorrow and ask when the last piece will be sent. I will update as the process progress but for now I am getting tired of waiting but if it means that my merchandise will be perfect I can definitely wait. I don't want to rush them and have sloppy finishes to my items.
(Update Feb 28th) They shipped 3 items early because they didn't want me to wait so long which was really nice of them. My Yankees ring is also getting finished and they said it will most likely ship out today or tomorrow at no extra charge and that I will receive another tracking number from fedex.
Although they are super friendly over the phone, I'm sad to say their online customer service is pretty bad.. contact us or e-mailing them don't work (I haven't got a single reply to any of the msgs I've sent via Online) I think they get so many inquiry mails and questions that they don't have time to answer it all or they just completely ignore it knowing that customers who are really worried or interested will call them. So i advise calling them if it's important. Ask for Chris. He was the nice guy who I can tell was genuinely looking at my orders to check for status while others just put me on hold and counted 10 seconds and said "It will be sent by this week".
(Updated March 5th) So I got 3 out of the 4 items I've purchased... The last item, they've been telling me that it's done and getting polished for past 3 business days now but like I said as long as it comes out perfect the wait is worth it considering it hasn't been a month yet. The 3 piece that came everything came out FIRE besides 1. The pictures are posted so see for your self. .25 Carat Earrings were definitely a lot BIGGER than i thought so i liked that. Pinky ring came out looking like a BOSS so that's fire too but the heart piece i got for my girl... the heart is slightly mis-shaped and it didn't have a great finish... My girl loves it so i'll get that fixed later if one of the diamonds fall out or something.
I will get the gold and the diamonds tested out with my jewelers over here and update on that as well.

Read moreUPDATE: FedEx took responsibility of my lost package and now this corrupt company won’t refund me.. they want me to choose something alternative and I did and they had to refund me $65 difference but was so hell bent on the fact that they can’t refund the total… crazy!! I went to get the item check from a honest jeweler and look at the pictures attached.. Avianne’s weight and length on the appraisal vs the actual weight!
Don’t do business with them! They are money hungry crooks!
Update: FedEx has took ownership of my package and now this MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY WONT REFUND ME STATING THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. THEY WANT ME TO USE STORE CREDIT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!
I’ve been dealing with the loss of a stolen or missing package from this company since October, and the experience has been frustrating. Every time I call, they have no updates and nothing helpful to share about my package. In fact, I’m always the one providing them with updates. It took me three separate phone calls just to get them to open a claim. When I checked the status, I found out the claim was denied by FedEx. Then they told me the claim was actually with another third-party shipping company.
When I contacted that third-party, they told me they had no involvement and no information about my package, advising me to go back to the merchant. When I returned to the company I originally purchased the item from, they insisted the third-party shipping company did have the claim. This back-and-forth has been endless, with no resolution. They never call me back, barely respond to emails, and continue to leave me without answers.
I initially purchased package protection for my order, but they claimed it only covers returns. After doing my research, I contacted the company providing the package protection and learned it actually covers merchant-to-customer shipments, not just returns. The company misled me, and now I’m left without my package or my money.
One of the reps even told me, "Oh, you received a discount on this package." What does that even mean? I paid the price listed on their website, and a discount shouldn't have anything to do with their failure to deliver my package. The comment felt dismissive and unprofessional. I feel like I’m stuck in an endless cycle, going around in circles with no resolution.
To make matters worse, it seems they get frustrated because I’m frustrated—as if I’m not justified after dealing with this issue since October! It’s now almost the new year, and they still have no answers for me. I’ve asked multiple times to speak with the owner, but that hasn’t happened either. One representative even said, “Oh, he’s going to tell you the same thing I’m telling you.” But if what they’re telling me is that they have no answers, how does the owner of a company have no solutions for their customers? It’s completely unacceptable.
And to top it off, they refunded me for the package protection—clearly just to get me to stop bringing it up—because they know they lied about what it actually covers. This just proves how poorly they’ve handled the situation and how unwilling they are to take accountability.
Do not trust this company. They have wasted my time and money, and I’m still without any resolution for my lost or...

Website says 7-10 business days processing, and my then fiancee chose expedited shipping for the ring to be mailed out to us ASAP because our wedding was quickly approaching. Those processing days went by, plus a few additional days for 'shipping' and no word, the ring hadn't shown up only a charge to our account. She calls and speaks to Kevin who informed her the ring we initially purchased online wasn't actually available and they'd be sending us a compatible ring ASAP because now we're THAT much closer to the big date 7/10/16 and for all I knew I wasn't going to have a wedding band for my wedding. This seems like a 1 star review right? wrong. We got the ring with seconds to spare in time for the big day. We exchange vows so on and so forth. I love the ring, however the day after the wedding I began to look closer at the ring and the diamonds are not as 'shiny' as I'd originally hoped pretty cloudy if you asked me. The stones were to be VS1 as the ring we ORIGINALLY purchase was said to have them in the description online. I call customer service and immediately speak to a gentleman named Kevin, whom I asked to give me the details on the ring on my finger. As hes going over the details he mentioned the stones were S1 , whoa! That wasn't OK. We ordered a ring that had VS1 stones in the description. I asked for him to email me to make communication easier, and traceable. He did right away. He simply instructed me to return it and he'd have the stones replaced to the VS1 I desired. The turn around time was a bit lengthy but I was assured by Kevin that I'd love the ring when i got it back, he put my mind at ease letting me know the piece was being put together by hand in the shop, and custom takes a little bit of patience. I'd never had jewelry made before i didn't know what it took. The reason for my 5 star rating was because Kevin never lost his cool with me even though I may have once or twice. When it was finally complete 2 weeks later he sent me an email with him holding it personally saying the photo doesn't do it justice and he was right it was IMPECCABLE. These diamonds are dancing everywhere. I definitely want to thank Kevin Avianne and the rest of the company for making my wedding possible, and me the envy of a lot of my married friends, because my ring is the cleaaanest. I'm a customer for life and that's for sure. One day soon I'm going to take a trip from Maryland up to NY because these guys are truly the only people to get jewelry from in the US if you want great quality and world class customer service.
