IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD !! Sad to say I’ve always bought from him but lately the Owner is extremely RUDE !!! I went for a bottle of ketchup $3.59 when I opened it, it had a hole AND mold I go back and ask for an exchange so I open another bottle to make sure it’s properly sealed and the same issue ! OPENDED AND MOLD ! Now I’m kindly asking may I just have my money back please … he’s like sorry store policy is only store credit …. I’m like listen I just want my money back to go elsewhere and get a bottle of ketchup ( I was in lunch break so I was in a hurry ) I was like listen keep the money… I go elsewhere to get the same ketchup bottle and it’s sealed ! I go and show him, listen it’s the same bottle it’s properly sealed so I guess with my store credit I’ll get a soda and he is trying to argue with me saying I was rude ! I’m like listen all I wanted was my money back and if I can’t I’ll just get a soda HE DIDNT LET ME PURCHASE THE SODA HES LIKE I DONT NEED YOUR MONEY ! They are extremely rude and have a sense of humor that I don’t appreciate or find funny at all. I bought a cream in a suppose to be sealed container and was not sealed, I tried to go back and the lady upfront was extremely rude telling me she couldn’t do anything about it to come by later when her boss was here. She was extremely rude however and I went back later when the boss was there to complain about his rude workers and he did not apologize or correct his workers. The staff members are very unprofessional and rude. You don't know the price of the stuff until you take it to the register and I believe I got rip off once when I purchase a few things and bread.The total came out more than what I usually pay.
