Oops Tea — Restaurant in New York

First let's talk about the food. 🍣 I regularly order from this place on Uber Eats, and I can't recommend the crab sushi pocket enough - it's a dream. Plus they've got a selection of yummy drinks (if you get a fruity tea add the strawberry bone trust me!!) and usually feature some kind of deal too which is fun.

Better yet their service is great. I ordered sushi and tea once but only tea arrived (oops), but when the restaurant caught wind of it they gave me a generous gift card for my next meal on top of what Uber gave me AND when I placed my next order they called me and were so sweet AND offered to throw in a dessert on top. 😭 They really pay attention to and care for their customers in a way I've never seen in this city before, it's truly next level. If you order from or visit prepare to be taken care of by some of the kindest people in NYC.

P.S. when are we gonna get a feature on Uber to tip the restaurant...

I would give this place a million billion stars if I could. Every single employee that I saw there is SO friendly. The milk tea is the best I’ve ever had, and I absolutely loved the tofu/inari pockets, fresh, delicious seafood. The eel literally gets torched in front of you which is just such a lovely detail to how much they care about their customers’ experience. The people here brighten my day, especially tonight when I wasn’t having such a great day, their attitude just gave me such a wonderful vibe and energy… honestly made me happy. thank you guys so much for being who you are, and stay that way, our world...

The food was really good. I had a Mushroom, a Salmon, and a Seaweed Tofu Sushi Pocket. They are very well made and presented. The chef even lightly charred the top of the mushroom with a cooking torch, and it tasted good. Avocado was sold out... Of the three I had my favorite was the Seaweed. It had a nice sweet and savory flavor. Very chewy also. The Taro Bubble tea at 30% sweetness was delicious... But I should have paid more attention to what the server said about "dairy allergies"...

I wonder if they have dairy/ lactose free...
