Laundrybee - Bushwick — Local services in New York

I liked this location and used it once but found their pricing to be deceptive. It says explicitly “following are charged by piece not weight” including rugs, but then when I went in they then stated they “cannot” wash it due to the size, but then told me they can for $30. When I asked for an explanation all they said was “the manager said so”. They then stated that the manager info cant be given out and can’t be contacted which is odd, especially since the employee at the store was being rude and couldn’t speak English and had just spoken to him. It just feels like a bait and switch and that they make up prices as they want.

My favorite laundromat of all time!!! Very clean, smells fresh, plenty of machines (that all work), open 24/7 with staff available at all times. The carts all work, and there are plenty folding stations. They have a clean working bathroom. A nice touch is also that they have places to sit, charge your phone, and usually background music playing like either reggaeton or peaceful piano music. REALLY GREAT PLACE!!! Also cute decor. They are on the pricey side, $4.75 for a small load, $6.75 medium, $10 large wash - drying is $0.50-$0.75 per 6 min. I thought they were so fancy I would only go once, but they got me.
