In the past year the Landmark has a new management company and super, whom, from my experience, are more responsive than what the previous tenants below experienced. The new super is relatively prompt with requests (addressing them within 24-48 hours). I don't interact with the new management company, but they seem to be working out well (moreso than DE).
My only concern is the insulation. While they have in-unit a/c and heating, but it's not the most efficient system as units can get quite hot (80's) unless the A/C is constantly running during the summer. And in the winter if you're not running the heat consistently, room temps can drop down to the 30's-40's.
