Scam business with terrible customer service. They ruined a white shirt of mine by washing it with (I presume) dark clothing, resulting in the shirt turning GRAY and a new stain. I have owned this top for less than two months and have worn it three times. I reached out to the company within 2 hours of receiving my delivery. No one ever answers the phone. When someone finally responded to my emails, they denied that they received the item they ruined. Fortunately, I included a description of the item when I submitted my order, so I have some proof it was submitted. They also overcharged me by almost $30 and used so much detergent that my clothes are coated in residue. I will need to rewash my clothes. After the last big storm I sent my new washed only once or twice sets of sheets and other items. They were not damaged in any way, but I got 2/3 of them back with black mold all over them! I had to rewash everything. $173.36 literally down the drain. The driver who brought them back was so rude, he just threw the bags in front of the door and left. My husband had to plead with him to just put them at the entrance. I called to inform them of what happened, the lady who answered said she’ll look into it and call me back. Still waiting.
