If I can give this spot a zero star I will. DO NOT GO HERE, let me explain my experience with this person name Ari. I called him to change my alternator he said it will be $200 if I bring the alternator. Perfect I brought my car and the alternator, he then called me and said my belt was messed up and that I needed to change this. And said it will be $500 plus tax. I agreed with this I went and picked up my car everything seemed fine. Two days later my car just slowly shut off and I had to get it towed. I towed the vehicle back to his shop because I didn’t know what happened and he supposedly fixed my car. He looked at my car and said oh it’s nothing wrong with what I did to your car but now it seems like it was your computer that burned out. He never explained how was it possible that my cars computer can burn down if what I did was change the alternator. Well then the next steps was to pay him again another $500 to change the computer now. So I paid him again I pick up my car. Everything seemed fine again nope my car shuts off ten minutes from driving it again!! I get my car toed again, and tow back to his shop. Now he’s telling me it’s the alternator messed up so okay I go and buy a new alternator again! He changes it again and guess what. I was already traumatized from this happening again so I don’t really drive my car much. I drive it to the gas station which is about 15mins away and I get gas. And while I’m getting out the gas station my car shuts off again I had to get my car towed for a third time now. Same problem meanwhile I brought my car to him fine it was working fine. Never it had turned off I just got a light on once while driving it and it seemed like it was the alternator so I decided to change it with him. He robbed my money and was rude decline to fix my car. He said he wasted his time and money fixing my car meanwhile my car is not working now and he stoled my money. I recommend you go to a mechanic that’s more honest or that a friend recommends to you. Because nowadays you can’t not trust no one. Also there was another vehicle exactly like mine the second time I went. It also seemed like he took parts of my car to fix his own car with my car and messed up my car. I have photos so you guys can see I’m not lying about this. I will be contacting the department of motor vehicles about this shop as well. He needs to be investigated. Because apparently he thinks he can just get away with...
Read moreOn behalf of lefran auto repair shop LLC, what happened to the client known as julie.R mentions a problem with her vehicle that is not entirely true, for years in this business we have distinguished ourselves with respect to our clients, especially in giving them accurate information about repairs, she came wanting to change her 2009 Nissan Maxima alternator for $ 200 plus $ 300 for a tensioner and belt, total $ 500, days later she came saying that she fell into a crack in the street and gradually turned off, she came saying that we did something to her car to damage it over time (illogical) we had the courtesy to review and after 3 days of review it was determined that because of the impact plus all the broken engine mounts and front end in terrible condition the impact was so strong that it affected the (IPDM), the (IPDM) was changed, keys were programmed plus work time she was billed $ 650 and she did not want to pay arguing that she had well (her car) in the end her family paid us the cost of the (IPDM) and the key only $450 of the $650 I clarified that we lost 3 more days of work with her toxic behavior and I told her that given the type of person I did not want to offer her service anymore, but even so she accuses them again of having damaged her car "remotely", we greatly respect our clients more when it comes to women. Her alternator that she bought failed and it was installed for free to get her out of it - $200 and not have a conflict. He came back, took his car and since he took it safely, the next day he tells us that we stole his money when logically the last alternator was installed for free, we lost 3 days of work, he was given the (IPDM) and the key ...... chaos
In this business, our positive history speaks for itself, many grateful and loyal customers for more than 20 years of providing good service, good prices, honesty and above all, respect.
