As a first time lighting customer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They have a very large selection of different kinds of lights and it was overwhelming at first. However, as soon as we started speaking with Joey everything became simpler. After speaking to him for a few minutes and showing pictures of where the lights would go, he knew exactly what to show us. We picked out both lights shortly after and honestly couldn’t be any happier. My husband and I recently renovated our home and once the project was nearing the end, we needed to pick all the finishes. Walking into Lighting World for our lights was the best decision we made. Not only did we buy our light fixtures there but we also purchased our living room couch and dining room chairs there too. Before going there, we didn't realize that Lighting World is a one stop shop for all your home's beautiful accessories. Working with Joey was such an enjoyable experience. Not only was he personable, he was also knowledgeable in all areas of design, and so very accommodating to all of our requests. Purchased 4 Emerson fans from them. 2 died within a month. On 18 September I contacted them and Joseph asked me to send them serial numbers the fans that broke. I did. Then contacted them week later with updates and they said Emerson sent new fans to me. Ok. All good then. NO. Because they can't provide tracking to this date and it's 5th of October. I added all messages between me and Joseph to show what dates and what he's answers have been. And of course still no fans. Now they don't answer my calls or messages anymore so it's time for reviews and also I will take other measures. This stays up here until i get working fans and an apology.
