I recently visited the Tim Hortons on Richmond Ave and unfortunately, I had a highly disappointing experience. The incident occurred when I encountered an employee named Mr. Sherif, who displayed a rude and disrespectful attitude towards me.
As a regular customer of Tim Hortons, I have always appreciated the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. However, this particular encounter left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. Mr. Sherif's behavior not only tarnished the brand's reputation but also created a negative atmosphere for customers.
Tim Hortons is known for its vibrant and welcoming environment, where families can enjoy their time together. It is disheartening to see such behavior from an employee, as it goes against the values and principles of the brand.

Read moreI wish I could give 0 star to this place. Went there yesterday especially from NJ to drink coffee and eat donuts. The worker there had no clue how to use the register and scan the barcode. I showed her small iced Capps coffee barcode from the Tim Hortons app (2 for $3). She said she doesn’t know how to scan and activate that offer in the register. Then I asked her if she can activate donut offer after showing her the app/barcode from app. She denied by saying that she doesn’t know how to scan the code. It was not my fault that she was not able to speak English and unprofessional and untrained in using the register and scanner. I had to pay $4 for one coffee and full price for donut. I would definitely not recommend this place since she doesn’t even speak English and didn’t treat in a friendly way. I should get my money back. Wasted gas and toll on this!!...
Read moreI will keep this brief. My girlfriend, in the YEARS that we have been dating, has never been sick from food. Recently she ordered a toasted bagel with butter and 5 hours later had the worst food poisoning I have ever seen. Her job being what it is she was only able to stop for that bagel and had not eaten anything else the entire day, hoping that would hold her over until dinner. I have no doubt in my mind that Tim Hortons is responsible as nothing else could have caused this. She had this bagel in the middle of the day, and felt the symptoms later in the evening, making the dinner she had at 6pm the previous day very unlikely to be responsible.
