Food is so bad they have fake reviews I put Five stars so you can know DONT WASTE YOUR $$$, basically I ate it since I paid for it. I always get pulled in to buy food from this place and end up hating myself for giving them another chance. The Food is dry, bland a Little over priced since it is not good. Why are you giving me dry fried rice and food with no sauce! How the heck is there no sauce and it's Chinese food lol? I'm choking from the dryness My General tsos chicken was so bad, really bad, so bad I made my own after this. I mean how can you make bad, dry not sweet or spicy G.T chicken? Twice and it was mostly stale batter I found some chicken thigh pieces in there. I repeat With no sauce! This was the last straw today so no more red ginger for me. if I ever eat from here again it's cuz someone bought it for me. your better off going to subway or Sapporo. The place by stop and shop is way better, bigger portions and around the same price. This is the worst Chinese food I've had in long time, well since they opened and I said hey a new Chinese we gotta try. I tried to give them a chance more then once, but no more will red ginger steal my money. Yes it's that bad. Combos, lunch specials, chef specials are small servings packed with rice. The only good thing about this place is...
Read moreFood isn't bad, but they cater mostly to take out, and I was looking for a place to sit and relax. I came here for the parking lot, most places you have to park 3 blocks away. There was no heat, even though it was 20 degrees out, and I was with my 90 year old uncle. Soup comes in soft plastic take out container, plastic utensils, cheap napkins. They don't have hot tea. I asked for an entree, a soup and an egg roll, like I do everywhere else I go. Questions I don't neded: You want combination? Whatever, just give me what I asked for at the cheapest price. They barely spoke English, which always irks me. I never got the egg roll. But my uncle did say he...
Read moreThe overall feeling of all the dishes we ordered was, "needs more flavor". The dishes weren't THAT bad but definitely on the bland side. There is definitely way better Chinese food on Staten Island for cheaper prices. I ordered chicken pineapple fried rice, there were only 4 pieces of pineapple in it. The wonton soup was just ok. The soups were underwhelming. The decor of the restaurant was very nice and the place was very clean. They have decent tables and chairs, yet were surprised when we wanted to dine in. They didn't have any bowls so that we could share the quarts of soup we bought and did not have cups to give tap water or to share larger...
