Wow I read all the negative reviews about it being a fraud and a scam and Diamonds falling out this also happened to me! I read all the negative reviews about Liori diamonds being a fraud and a scam and Diamonds falling out. The same thing happened to me! My husband bought the ring in December 2016 side diamonds were falling out 6 months later. my bachelorette party I wore the ring with four stones on the side missing. I took it my jeweler to fix and he flat out told me the ring was designed is designed poorly. I sent it To Lori I telling them when the stones were loose they had it for three weeks instead I was finished and passed the quality control. Within a month more Diamonds were loose. Once again I sent it back to them they had it for three weeks send it back to me within a week another side diamond fell out once again we set it back. the office manager Diane is the nastiest person I’ve dealt with! Liori Diamonds is NOT a company that gives good customer service. she flat out told my husband that I must have worn me carelessly causing the diamonds to fall out. They charged me $125 to replace one of the small side diamonds. When they sent it back my husband immediately took it to a jeweler and video taped while the box was opened to have to ring inspected 15 side diamonds are now loose the ring is filthy! My husband even taped her conversations and she actually admitted the ring was faulty. My husband continued to call them to have them forward the number for their insurance company so we could file a claim they refuse they will not answer calls when my husbands number shows up on their phone they send it to voicemail. I asked them to give me a new ring and they refused. At this point I’m taking it to my jeweler to have another ring made another 2000 out-of-pocket we spent 8100 on this ring. LioriDiamonds customer service doesn’t exist how dare an office manager blame me for knocking the ring I wear it to work and I take it off. Please read all the negative reviews that others have written ARE The truth! if you want anymore information I have a video tape that was taken yesterday showing the 15 diamonds that were loose I would be more than happy to share all information regarding this despicable interaction I’ve had with Liori. When I took it to my jeweler yesterday and told them I had an appraisal of the ring at 25,000 he laughed! BUYER BEWARE!! Hopefully this information help! Read moreMy husband bought my ring engagement ring from this place 6 years ago. We thought it would be a great place to go through since my brother went through here to get his wife's engagement ring and it was a beautiful ring for a great deal! Well unfortunately from day one I have been losing little diamonds which are the little ones around the big diamond and on the sides of it. I would send it in an they would always go good for it. Then I had it sawdered together with my wedding band through a local jeweler where we live thinking it would just be easier. Once I did this Liori said they could no longer consider my diamond under warranty (which is ridiculous!) so I had to pay out of pocket every time to fix these little diamonds and also pay for it to be shipped which cost $20 every time. The last time I received it after Liori fixing it one of the little diamonds fell out immediately when I went to put it on my finger. I was horrified and my husband got a hold of the manger to let him know what had happend and he apologized for the inconvince and said he would pay for the shipping and fix it for free. Well mind you the little diamonds just never stopped falling out of it and then I ended up with 13 missing little diamonds!! They tried to blame me for "negligence" to the ring which is joke since I have done my best to care for this ring but how can you keep a ring looking nice when from day one it has given you problems and is defected?! I got it taken apart from the ring I had it sawdered with because to get it fixed through our local jeweler would cost us well over $2,000 and that is just nuts my as well get a new ring for that. So I thought by detachingy engagement ring from my wedding band Liori would at least good in fixing the little diamonds since my paper work we received when my husband received the ring says life time warranty on it. This place is crooked and their rings may look beautiful and their prices may seem great but it is all just to real you in to get your money and then mess you over! A engagement is suppose to be something that last for years if not eternity and I am so heartbroken that mine sadly has not thanks to this company who has stolen this from me. We will be taken our business elsewhere andy husband will be buying me a new ring through a local Jeweler who we can trust! So please save your money and buy through a local jeweler the extra couple hundred or whatever is worth...
Read moreSCAM ALERT!!!! When visiting Liori in person, they have a GORGEOUS store on 5th ave in NYC....Me and my soon to be fiancé did our research about them before deciding to purchase a ring from them....I picked out and inspected my ring and my soon to be fiancé proposed a few weeks later....upon him proposing, I immediately noticed two pin holes and a scratch on the top of the stone that was NOT there when we looked at the ring in the store with BRIGHT lights..I messaged them immediately and they were gracious enough to exchange the ring..although I was heartbroken bc they did not have a similar ring I was able to pick out another ring (since they gave me a bs story about why they couldn't just replace the stone in the same setting) and we spent over $1000 on another ring (which I may ad is STILL on the site showing available with the exact certificate they gave us and we have had it in our possession for well over a year). The new ring was worn by me only a few months and I looked down and noticed a chunk of the diamond MISSING!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes as I didn't even bang my hand on anything for this to happen!!!! As anyone knows it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to do this, especially on a stone that was only ONE carat in size....I brought the ring to my family jeweler, who told me the ring was ENHANCED and there was a bubble in the stone and this is why that happened. No where on my appraisal from AGI that Liori gave me say this was an enhanced stone...Liori did nothing to help and wouldn't replace the ring. They told me they would hold onto it, and I could submit it to my insurance and they will replace it for me once the insurance company agreed to a replacement (yes so they can get even more money from me!) Needless to say, I had my ring replaced by a REPUTABLE jeweler that my family used that was GIA certified....They are truly a wolf in sheeps clothing....Avi is a crook you definitely don't get what you think you are getting with them! And I can see by all of the bad reviews that his reputation is FINALLY catching...
