Little Luxury — Local services in New York

I've never been to a store were customer service is a complete priority, more than anything . I received a gift card and tried swiping it at Little Luxury. When it wasnt going through they aloud me to take home the bugaboo (butterly model) stroller then promising to resolve the issue on their own. When that wasnt possible they contacted me to let me know that they will give me the card information over the phone so i can resolve the issue at my own convenience (they did not pressure me and said i can take my time until its resolved and didnt bother asking for the money owed until then. The Boss is the nicest and the workers too ! Been a returning customer for many years now . Looking forward to shopping there again...

They have very cute stuff, and they make you feel like the most important customer of the day. We called to ask if they offer a specific service, they said no but went on to find out where in the neighborhood I can get it. Mind you I wasn't even in the store, it was just a phone call and the man had no idea who I was. Definitely...

Ordered online from the sale section and they failed to honour my order saying item is no longer available. The item is available but just no longer in the sale. Seems like a scam. Save yourself time and money and order from a reputable seller. Avoid this shop...
