Purchased a pansonic cordless phone set and when I went to return (unused just opened the box to see the product) i was told I can't return it. Although they state in the receipt that this product can't be returned once opened, I would have appreciated them verbally telling me that at purchase. As most people (that I know) don't usually check receipts for info like this. Now I'm stuck with a phone I don't like and haven't even removed the phone from the box🙁
