This was the most unpleasant nail experience of my life.

I sat in the salon for 3.5 hours for acrylic removal and full set.

One hour for Aida to remove it: 1.5 for her to shape and apply nails ( she said she was the only person to do full set). I made her reshape 3 times and she left then crooked, uneven, and not matching the other nails at ALL.

1 hr for her to reject the designs I asked for and to just do French which was SLOPPY.

I’m so embarrassed to walk around with them, When asked why she couldn’t shape it right she said my nails beds. It’s a lie

I was charged 110 dollars No one use Aida or Emily They aren’t skilled in removal application and polish .

Image two and four look at my middle finger and ring look at my pointer finger. Are they almond? Are they on straight? NO

do not gamble by going here, they have a no refund sign and only tell you book another appointment as consolation. Y’all I waited 24 hrs to post this because I waited for Lux to DM me back but I was ignored. And No I don’t want to come back in.

This is a 2 part review. 5 stars for Angela who is hands down the best nail technician I have ever had. No matter how busy it is in the salon, she goes slow, gentle, and is meticulous with my powder gel manicure. And she’s nice and friendly, and it always turns out 10/10. She books up so you have to call in advance.

Due to Angela being away, I got Jenny as my technician. This is not intended to be personal, but it was the most painful manicure I have ever had. It’s almost 7 hours post appointment, and my nails and fingers are still throbbing from how rough she was. I asked her 4 times to slow down and be gentle. More than once I even flinched/pulled my hands back because it hurt so bad. She used the spinning mechanical grinder so intensely and even used the normal nail file on my bare skin. I am bruised and cut. I white knuckled my way through the appointment, but it is my hope that someone in management reads this review, intervenes with a discussion with her, and future patrons won’t get injured in...

This place is exactly what the neighborhood has been missing for years! Before I felt like my options were overpriced for quality or cheap for poor quality and poor hygiene. This place is clean, reasonably priced, and they do a great job.

I have very brittle nails and use my hands a lot. I typically need extensions/tips when I get acrylic or dip powder on my nails. Regular polish and gel isn’t durable enough for me day to day. Angela has been amazing. My first trip I had tips with dip powder done after two rounds of that I was able to grow my nails out, no tips needed. I can’t emphasize enough how rare this is for me. Plus she shapes the dip powder well and does the process correctly (no unnecessary electric tools) compared to some other places in the area I’ve tried.
