I had such a great session with Rex and Shawn, with make-up by Bridie Coughlin! We did three looks, plus Slate Shots for each look (for Actors Access). We had a Zoom consultation before the shoot, and they guided me through choosing outfits that would work well on camera and add to the looks we were going for.

They kept things moving, but I never felt rushed--we did everything in a little under three hours, including make-up and hair. They coached me and helped me to get images with something going on behind my eyes, instead of just posing. And they had a really quick turnaround for everything (minus the week I took to decide on which pictures I wanted retouched, because I had so many great ones to choose from!!).

REX is Magical !!!!! This was my first time getting professional head shots done, and after so much of research I finally found Rex Lott Photography and would call him "The Talented Angel". When I got there I found both Rex and Shawn were incredibly friendly people who made me feel very comfortable. Rex is a tremendously nice and down to earth guy who made the whole process extremely fun and easy.

After the shoot i really rediscovered one of the best version of me on his creativity and incredible shots which were fantastic. He really knew what he was doing, and the pictures turned out phenomenally. Rex is truly a professional, and I highly recommend using him for all your photography needs. Rex Lott Photography did an absolutely incredible job with my son's first headshot session! The photos turned out amazing - far beyond what I expected. What impressed me most was how naturally Rex and Shawn made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire shoot.
