Disappointed because I really like this place. Straight off the back I want to say I love my nails. The girl I had I think her name was Jessica, she did a fantastic job and gave me what I wanted my problem is the owner who is in charge of the fronts desk. I came in and asked for tips oval shape but French design. I wanted gel but the lady insisted I got sns, I just said okay picked the color I wanted to match my baby shower. Stunning color btw. Which is one of the main reasons I love coming to place bc they have so many options and colors to choose from. When I was seated the girl did what I asked she took her time the only small thing I will complain about is she was going crazy with the drill and was getting really close to my cuticle and it hurt a bit but that was all. When she finished the base she tried to do the French with the powder and it wasn’t how I wanted I showed her a photo and she did it with gel which is what I originally wanted. They came out perfect, when I go to pay I asked the owner how much she showed me the receipt and it said $66. I told her I was going to pay card and she kept asking me if I was going to tip I had cash that I was going to give the nail tech. She then gives me another receipt that says $69. How did the price jump $3 more? So I didn’t say anything but I didn’t give the cash tip to my nail tech and I felt bad because it is not her fault. The owner telling me 1 price and then charging me more is unfair I’m already paying for my service and it’s disappointing they are charging more I just hope those $3 she charged me extra was for the nail tech. It’s these things that ruins your business and people don’t come back. If I said I was going to give her cash don’t try and play me and charge me extra on my card like if I am not going to notice. My mother and i went to do our nails on Monday the 12th of this month , we read the reviews and we decided to try it out since it had great reviews. When we got there, we we’re seated down and the receptionist gave us the color match to choose out of it but she was just rushing us not giving us enough time to choose our colors. We decided to just ignore her and do our nails. When we finish with our nails we loved them and decided that we we’re going to come back, three days later they started to crack , we didn’t know why but there were cracking. On Saturday one of my nails crack in half and it just fell off, I don’t know if they use the correct powder gel that we asked for but this has never happened to us when we have done powder gel in other nail salons. Have been here multiple times before to get SNS done and always had a very pleasant experience. What made me write this review was my last visit. I never thought about getting eyelash extensions done here until a few days ago... Long story short, I went somewhere else to get eyelash extensions and they had done such a terrible job that I walked out crying, called this place and explained what had happened. They were willing to take me in right away and the girl gently removed the TERRIBLE APPLIED lashes and applied new ones which were very professionally done and exactly what I asked for!
