I'm the girlfriend on the boyfrienda.phone lol anyway these ppl are Sneak thieves. I bought 4 pair of glasses 3 ray bans which I alwaus buy online usially theyvare between 100-200 normally ans another not high end orblow ens brand somewhere in the middle they charged me over 800 i oaid cash i sont remeber i wantws tonretie them pul the receipt out it said i paid $600 and theres a little secrion tharvsays not responsible for...the last sentence in that box says and I quote, "NO REFUND ON EYEGLASSES/CONTACT LENSES ONCE DEPOSIT IS GIVEN AND ORDER IS PLACED." I walked in off the street. Dated 5/19/2025. Deposit and total both say 600! SCAMMERS cheaper on Amazon NEVER FAILS I get Gucci Prada and Versace cheaper then their Ray-Bans they have nerve they robbed me over 200 bucks I guess they were so crazed by the chunk of hundreds I had the lost focus somewhere im between telling me 800 while writing down the real price 600 is still too much I know my designers googled those glasses the moat expensive one was 150 the others were below that BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE people today dont understand how to run a business you don't screw over a customer that's shops and pays like that you give them deals you want the money guy or girl to keep coming back these days the rob the big money ppl and never see them again that's why all these shops go under so quick and I never see anyone in there if I would go online and find glasses I couldn't get I would have them order them and I never buy just one they lost there best customer because there is no one shoppong in there ever!!!!...

If I could rate it 0/5 stars I would worst experience of my life. It seems like this Optical was there for a long time, which is hard to grasp because they’re unprofessional. They look like they have no idea what their doing. The front desk girls were absolutely horrendous towards me and my family. I took me so long to even sign in because the fat girl was on FaceTime, like I said unprofessional. The taller girl actually showed me the outdated overpriced frames and once I said I didn’t like any of the frames and didn’t want to purchase anything she was really rude to me and basically ignored me to attend other people. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off to attend everyone else but me since I wasn’t spending anything . It was a dirty optical too I never been to a medical office where they had glasses all over the place or bugs on the displays. Do they not see and smell the place it’s disgusting. I took my prescription and ran to a better optical I suggest you...

I spent more than $1,200 for glasses and contacts for me and my wife. Had to return the my glasses because the perscreption was incorrect for both me and and my wife. They replaced the lens after a week. My vision was still a little blurry, they stated my eyes will adjust to the lens. 5 MONTHS LATER!!! STILL BLURRY. I have trouble working on my computer and I'm a graphic artist. I just went to the poconos to visit famliy and went to WAL-MART's vision care department. They conducted a thorough examination. They told me that the perscription from my glasses are incorrect (The walmart vision care was so upset about the situation they only charged me $30 for the exam). Vision World...DON'T GO HERE. They test you like how Mcdonald's makes there food. Fast, out the door and sloppy. They should not be in business. UPDATE My wife goes to pick up my glasses and the tech gives her attitude....
