Had a good experience the first purchase I made off them 3 months ago literally went back and made another purchase because of that and has been the worse decision I have ever made. Was told I when purchased a chain and charm that my Cuban 10kt was 17g 26’ in length. when I get there to pick it up it’s a 12g 20’ in length baby chain on a 12.5 gram charm. I was given a hard time to change one of the girls tried to help as much as she could the other was frustrated with me because they had to close MIND YOU I FLEW IN FROM FLORIDA just to pick the item up. I was offered multiple chains at 12 and 14g but I had paid for a 17g Cuban. The gentlemen that does the repairs said “We will make it right found a Gucci chain that looks nice and grabbed another one made it the 26’ for which I was grateful and told me it was a little more then 17g the girl that had been frustrated wanted to weigh the chain before I left and he stopped her and said not to worry he weighed it already I left grateful that I was taken care even though it was bit what I paid for at first. I fly back home take it out the case decide to weigh it and the chain is 12g. I don’t know how lying to customer and treating them as if they were stupid and never weigh nothing is the way to do business. I called the store and was told I couldn’t get an answer on to why this happened and would have to wait until the manager is available tomorrow to see if anything can be done. I was hustled for over $250 in gold because I was charged $50 a gram (which I was fine with) but if they don’t make it right it will definitely be there loss this was the second chain and charm of 6 more that I was getting. Never pay for what is said will be given wait til you see it. Very disappointed and will never do business here again. Horrible. I spoke to the Mexican manager about how I recently brought a pair of earrings here at his jewelry store a month ago and while I was wearing the earrings I developed a damn rash. My skin is very sensitive and I told the lady there that I can’t wear fake jewelry. When I told the manager that he insisted that he show me that it’s real jewelry. I had wanted an exchange if there’s a price difference I would of paid for the difference. I had the receipt and everything. He told me that there’s NOTHING he can do because it’s been a month. They have a policy about a return or refund within 15 days. I didn’t know about their dumb policies it didn’t mention nothing about that 15 day policy on the receipt. So please I beg u not to spend your hard earned money in this jewelry store. They have fake jewelry. I also brought my daughter two pair of earrings before and her first pair broke the lady told me it’s white diamond 14k but it broke within two months did not last and the pair she has in he ear now is ok but it won’t last. So this is what I get for giving them a second chance and to buy jewelry from them because it’s close to me so now I have to shop around and find a way better jewelry store. I have pictures of everything I can’t with people like them. They don’t care if their jewelry damages your skin the come up with all these lies about oh 15 days but it’s been a month. Run the other way and don’t bother!!! I wish I can give them 0 stars because they aren’t worthy of any. This place will rob you without a weapon. I placed a order for my daughter, which was a three piece name set. This included a name chain necklace, name bracelet, and name earrings. I personally pick out the chains for the necklace and bracelet. I made a $500 deposit the same day I placed my order, which left me with a balance of $500. After leavening the store and going home, I thought about my transaction and went back to the store make sure I was being given exactly what I ordered. (Pertaining to the chains, for the necklace and bracelet) After confirming it was correct I left the store and came back approximately a week later. OMG I couldn’t believe my eyes. I was totally in shocked. The chain for the bracelet wasn’t what I order and I was completely upset. I explained to the man and woman in the store I didn’t want the bracelet, due to the fact it wasn’t what I ordered originally. This man and woman refuse to give me the name chain and earring. Mind you I already gave them a 500 deposit. This man stated he will call the cops and I said good call them, I’ll be waiting for them. The cops never showed up because he lied and never called them.
