Completely unprofessional. Their website said they had four bottles of Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice in stock, so I called to confirm and (after some confusing back and forth over the course of two days) they said they were able to locate only a single bottle in their supply area. I called a little later to ask them to put the bottle on hold, since I was coming from another neighborhood and couldn't get there until later in the day, and at that point was told that they now had found a whole case in the basement. OK, weird. Not sure why this simple matter has been so complicated. Before hanging up and heading there, I figured I should confirm the price--$38.99 per bottle, as listed on their website. The guy said he'd call the owner and get back to me. So... waited some more. The response? "$100 per bottle. Website is wrong." Uhhhh, yeah no. Ridiculous. Will just order it from Europe, as I did for my previous bottles--way cheaper, even with international shipping. Really shady...

Our order of 4 1.5 L bottles of Sheelin White Chocolate Liquor was damaged in shipment and had to be returned to Magnum. Sylvester handled the return promptly and shipped us the equivalent in smaller bottles that traveled better for shipping. Sylvester forgave the extra charges for shipping or the higher cost of the smaller bottles. He went above and beyond in customer service !! Thank you...
