Alexandra’s Deli & Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I'm very disappointed on how my order was handled. I just called Joe's Pizza to check on my order and was told that they canceled my order. After I wait 1 hour for my food they tell me this. First the guy says that "we aren't doing delivery right now" then he says they called me and I didn't answer the phone. I have a missed called at 2:48 pm which i called back and no one answered nor did they leave a message when they called me. This is some real BS. The good: The pizza had plenty of toppings, the sauce was very good, the cheese was good The bad: the pizza was WAY too saggy, I had to drag it to the corner of the plate to get a good bite.
