Just a little background about my hair I have curly hair and it was getting a little to long for my liking so I sent Jason (one of the main people who cut and dye hair at the salon) a direct message asking if he knew how to cut curly hair and he said yes he knows how and is willing to do so. He had around 10k followers on Instagram and I heard from a lot of people he is good with hair so I thought I would give him a try. I went to go get a haircut By Jason back in December, long story short I asked for a trim and I know I made this clear because I sent him pictures of the length I wanted before going to the salon and he made it seem like he knew what he was doing. The salon itself is beautiful and the lady who washed my hair was very nice. In the salon I told him again I just wanted a trim and he again made it seem like he knew what he was doing. He also had the picture of how I wanted my hair to look like and I showed him again in person to make sure and he said something along the lines of “Im going to cut it a little longer than what you are asking because your hair is curly so it will shrink” so I really put my trust into him to cut my hair. I walked out the salon with around 5 inches of my hair gone. My hair was one inch past my shoulders and he cut it above my jawline even though I made it clear I just wanted a trim. In the salon I tried to keep my composure but the second I paid for the haircut and got out I cried for literal hours (I paid 80 dollars btw) . I direct messaged him that day showing him he cut way more than what I asked for and that I was extremely disappointed and all basically what he told me is that it’s hair and that it will grow back. This experience was one of the worst hair cut experiences I had I would not recommend to get a hair cut over here but there hair dye seems nice. Also while cutting my hair he scrapped the ends of my hair with like the end of a scissor so not only did he thin out the ends of my hair which is something you should not do to curly hair my curl pattern got messed up from the ends as well. I wanted to wait to write this review because I thought I was overreacting to the whole situation but it’s been a little over two months and my hair is still recovering from this hair cut. Long story short just save your money and cut your hair...

I barely write any reviews but this time I feel like I HAVE TO ,and I am doing y’all a favor—Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this salon !!! I paid $450 (before tip)for a balayage and didn’t get the results I wanted ! First of all I have pretty thin hair and my hair was already light from previous balayages I had done within the past 6 months ,which means it would’ve been easier for the stylist to achieve the look I wanted , so the price was actually ridiculous but I honestly don’t mind paying for a good service, and in my head i was like ok this means my hair will look amazing afterwards for the amount of money I am giving away ……Long story short — the stylist couldn’t achieve the look I wanted due to being “VERY BLONDE “ on what I showed him on the picture ….But he managed to make my hair SUPER WHITE platinum. Funny huh? On top of that he even suggested me to cut my hair a little bit ,so I listened to his “professionalism “ and I told him not too short , he didn’t listen to me and cut it super short .My hair is so uneven from that cut!!! Very unprofessional !!!…. I also don’t think they even used OLAPLEX at all since my hair is so damaged now after the dye and it is falling out a lot . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE… worst decision I’ve ever made with this salon !!Please girls dont do the same mistake as me , they don’t know what...

Had the most awful haircare treatment experience ever. I did a “ProAddiction” service which was supposed to smoothen and strengthen my hair. However, once they finished putting the treatment on, my hair had become sticky, the ends were very dry, and I couldn’t even comb my hair with my hands. Thus, I asked the stylist to remove the treatment, he then refused to wash off the treatment after I repeated myself that the stickiness should be removed, but he failed to do so anyways. This was a complete waste of my money, since I had to pay them $350 on the service alone, even though I only wanted a Wash/Dry/Conditioning, but I came out with my hair being worse than when I first went in.

Also, during the ironing process, the stylist was ironing my hair with a very high temperature, which caused the air around to become very smoky and on top of this, he even failed to use any product to protect my hair from any potential damage that intense heat would cause. Thus, I asked him to lower the heat so my hair doesn’t get damaged, he then said “ok” and continued with the process regardless of my suggestions, and the smoky air was still consistently coming out.

I will not suggest this salon to anybody, unless they want to have...
