Today was my first time visiting this kushmart. Selection and prices are great but I doubt Iāll be returning because of the vibe and customer service. I def will not be recommending people to come.
They insist you ask questions, then canāt answer a single question you ask but tell you about things you didnāt ask. They couldnāt tell me what flower was in the case for multiple brands/strains, they have 1 flower sample for brands that have multiple strains and then donāt know what it is. Itās seems every dispo in the 11223 area has an issue with an educated consumers,asking questions and asking to see flower.
The Carmel skin girl with braids and piercings is extremely rude has a nasty attitude and talks negative about customers to other employees while customers are present . Completely unprofessional and has no patience, you donāt wanna answer questions or take time to help people donāt work in customer service or a dispo. Now you can say I killed your vibe. Iād rather travel to park slope and spend my money at Matawana or Gotham in Williamsburg weāre in treated respectfully and Iām not bothering people with purchasing flower
I only gave it three stars because the light skin gentleman that helped me was it gentlemen and because of the selection, pricing and cleanliness...

The consistency is gone. Products keep changing, pricing is unclear, and itās become difficult to trust what you're getting. Whatās more concerning is the lack of transparency from the staff. On multiple occasions, I was given inaccurate information or felt misled which is unacceptable in any business, especially one built on trust and care.
I wonāt be returning and cannot recommend this dispensary to others. If you value honesty and consistency, I suggest looking elsewhere.
