I recently visited this Turkish cuisine restaurant and had a highly disappointing experience. 😡👎 From the start, the cashier was extremely rude and unwelcoming, creating a negative atmosphere. In stark contrast, the lady wearing a hijab was very polite and helpful, which was the only positive aspect of my visit. 🙏💖 The food was a major letdown. Despite being a fan of Turkish cuisine, the dishes served were dry and lacked flavor. 😞 The Adana was so dry that it was nearly inedible—I can’t imagine how it ended up in such a state. The texture was unappealing, and the overall meal was difficult to enjoy. The soup was particularly bad; it was watery and had an awful taste. 💧🤢 The tripe in the soup was also unappetizing. The lack of seasoning and proper preparation was evident, making the food feel poorly made. 🍲❌ To make matters worse, I was unable to return the food for a refund, as the restaurant did not accept it. 💸🚫 Given the high prices, which are comparable to those in a fancy Turkish restaurant, the quality of the food was far from acceptable. 💰😠 The high prices only exacerbated the disappointment of the poor dining experience. Overall, my visit was highly unsatisfactory. The rude service and subpar food, coupled with the inability to address the issues through a refund, made for a very frustrating experience. 😤👎 I would not recommend this place to others, especially considering the high prices and lack of quality. Improvements in both customer service and food quality are urgently needed. 🚫🍽️💯

The worst place I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!no sanitation!!!! the girl who received us at the checkout, having received payment, went with the same hands and collected food for us in a bag, after she scratched her face and rubbed her nose, she took the bread, put it on a plate and brought it to the client, then she again went and received payment in money, with her hands she began to touch the food,I was horrified, I was shocked, where is sanitation?I’m silent about food, terrible food, it’s impossible to eat, all the food went into the trash!!!!it's good that I filmed it on video, and came to the girl at the checkout and said why don't you wear gloves?she smiled and told me that next time she would definitely wear gloves!I will definitely upload the video to tik tok and instagram!!! let everyone see how these people work!I do not recommend you to eat there, and I will tell my friends!!! let them first learn how to keep clean! we pay money for it!

The restaurant is located in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. They prepare Turkish cuisine. The restaurant is open 24 hours and the food is halal. Tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Soups, salads, cold and hot appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, desserts and beverages are available. I ordered the babaganoush appetizer which was a generous portion. The small chicken gyro was well-prepared. The small kofte kebab consisted of Turkish-style lamb and beef meatballs with some spices. The meatballs are shaped like small patties and tasted very good.

Two years ago, I first ordered from Ankara One Turkish Restaurant, and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Since that initial taste, Ankara One has become not just a favorite dining spot but a cherished culinary sanctuary in our local area.

What keeps me coming back time and time again? It's simple—Ankara One serves up some of the most mouthwatering Turkish cuisine you'll find here in New York. From their perfectly seasoned kebabs to their fluffy, aromatic rice, each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and tradition.

But beyond the food, there's something truly special about Ankara One, and her name is Jamila. In all my years of dining out, I've never encountered a staff member as warm, gracious, and genuinely kind as Jamila. Her smile is infectious, her service impeccable, and her positive energy never fails to brighten my day. She embodies the spirit of hospitality in its purest form, and for that, I'm forever grateful.

As a customer, it's not just about the food it's about the experience. And Ankara One consistently delivers on every front. Whether I'm dining in or ordering takeout, I know I'll be greeted with a warm welcome and treated like family.

So, to Ankara One Turkish Restaurant and to Jamila, I extend my heartfelt thanks. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter, my meals a little tastier, and my heart a little fuller. Here's to many more years of delicious memories and warm...

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. I called to place a pickup order, only to be met with one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever experienced. The cashier took my phone number, then suddenly accused me of not picking up an order from three days ago—an order I never placed. She even claimed that she had to personally cover the cost. I explained that this was impossible, as I hadn’t ordered from this place in over six months. Just to be sure, I checked my phone records and bank statements—unless I’ve suddenly developed early amnesia. I even went to the restaurant in person to clear things up, but instead of addressing the issue rationally, the cashier and so-called manager doubled down, refusing to acknowledge that a mistake was made. They wouldn’t even consider the possibility that the cashier misheard or entered the wrong number. Instead of providing customer service, the "manager" blindly took the cashier’s side. Funny enough, she called him the manager, but as far as I know, he actually works in the kitchen. At first, their false accusations made me furious, but by the end, I couldn't help but laugh at their sheer stupidity and lack of basic logic. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how they handle their food and service. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being falsely accused and dealing with...
