Iāve been ordering take-out from here for a while. Itās priced about the same as most other S. Brooklyn sushi places Iāve eaten at/ordered from. Quality of fish is pretty good and itās fresh. Delivery is usually on time, except once when they didnāt tell me it was going to take over an hour.. the reason I am giving 3 stars and tempted to give 2, is their delivery guy. The one that they use most of the time, the older guy.. I dread having to see him right before I eat; it almost ruins my appetite. He is so rude. And I can deal with his sour face and no hello or goodbye or thank you for the tip, but he even goes as far as too shake his head and mutter under his breath sometimes. I think he is perhaps unhappy with the tip, because there really is no other reason for this rudeness. And I never give less than $2 (for a small order). His attitude makes me not want to give him ANY tip at all, but I just canāt make myself do that. I feel bad. But someone really needs to make him understand that the nature of tipping is that it is completely up to the customer and isnāt obligatory and no one owes him anything. I am sure he doesnāt make much money, but this is definitely not the way to remedy that situation. I hope they either get a new delivery guy soon, or teach this one some very basic manners, because it does make a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been regulars at this place. Dine-in, take-outs. Last night we noticed the "Grade pending" sign. This was a red flag but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to have a meal anyway. What a mistake!!! As soon as I got to the car after dinner my stomach started making noises and I was in pain. I hardly made it home, 15 minutes drive. I spent all evening and night in the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. Major case of food poisoning. I am a nurse so I know what it was. We ordered 3 different rolls that we shared, but one dish of spicy tuna bowl I ate by myself. This was the dish that gave me food poisoning. My husband was OK because he did not eat my dish. I went back today and talked to the manager Steven. First, he asked how I knew it was food poisoning. Then he asked why do I think it was from this restaurant. Then he said no one else was complaining. Typical "brush off" instead of owning the issue and offering an apology or resolution. This would be the last time we visit this place and I will share my experience with all my friends who go there. The lesson here is that the "Grade Pending" sign is there for the...

At the end they also included tips, in NY if you dont like the service you have the right to refuse tips, but tips were included in the bill. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. Customers just beware, you desrve better than this customer service experience we...
