I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because service i received does not even deserve a single star. I need file an official complaint about the service I received at 1715 E. 13th St, Brooklyn, NY 11229-2086 on February 4th, 2019 between 7pm-8pm. I ordered two tall pikeâs and was given warm, watered down, old coffee. Coffee was not freshly brewed. I requested from the young lady who was the only one working behind the counter to remake my drinks with freshly made batch of coffee. I was completely ignored for about 10-15 minutes while she took her time handling one client with whom she was having small talk with. When she finished handling the customer I asked her again that I would like our coffee to be remade she showed attitude stated that she will not remake it and told us to wait. She grabbed her phone left the counter completely into storage room made her phone call came back out and stated that manager will come and handle the situation. I waited another 5 minutes and I have completely lost my patience because I paid for coffee and simply wanted it to be remade and be on my way. Few minutes later female manager, male security guard and another male employee came to the counter and started asking why I want refill for coffee. I lost my patience and told the manager that she was misinformed and that I didnât ask for a refill I wanted drinks to be remade because I was given not fresh/hot coffee. At this point I said you know please simply refund my money and I will go elsewhere. I was accused of being rude, Starbucks/target employees made a huge scene when I simply asked for fresh coffee instead of warm, stale and watered down coffee that I was initially given. Situation was handled unprofessionally, huge scene was made out of nothing and why did 3 additional people had to be called to resolve a simple matter. I have to say that staff is unprofessional, untrained and need customer service lessons. Even the manager couldnât figure out how to make a refund back to my Starbucks card. I paid for coffee with my mobile application. Manager is untrained and unprofessional. Instead of reimbursing me my money back into my mobile account she had to refund me money back in cash from the general draw. Starbucks location inside Target needs to be closed because they are bringing down the reputation of Starbucks through their unprofessional customer service and how they treat customers. This is the last time I will be going to Starbucks at Target location. Not manager, not young lady making my coffee, not security guard not another male person who came with them neither one of them offered to resolve the situation nor did any one of them apologize for their problem and did not offer to fix the situation. Very unprofessional and these people do not deserve to work or represent Starbucks. I spend a lot of money in Starbucks locations this was the first time I was humiliated and treated like I was asking for free coffee.
