Lazy work. When I arrived, the lady that did my hair had an attitude like she was too concerned with her soup over taking a client. I had asked for 2 row tribal braids that turned in to 3 rows by her choice. They do not sanitize anything, and genuinely rely on the cleanliness of the customer. During the process the woman was extremely aggressive with trying to make clean parts which ironically never came out that properly when I had went to grease my scalp. Using a metal rat tail comb, she left me with several scabs on my scalp. Approximately 2 times she left to say that she was making salah (in islam its when we pray 5 times a day) but came back smelling like food. At one point she did not have the regards to properly part the middle of my head and instead handed the comb for me to do it myself. Even after fixing it the part, she still managed to make it off center. When complete with the braids, she dipped them in hot water and used a dryer to lock the braids in, but when she did so, she recklessly had been pushing the hot dryer into the braids, causing more irritation to my scalp.When I left I thought that was the end all be all, however I did not realize that the braids were not installed properly installed until 4 days after the braids began to not be as tight. I had been greasing my scalp frequently to reduce any scabbing from the excessively tight braids only to find that the cornrows in the second row were done sloppy. Strands were hanging from the underside of several braids. I called to have it fixed on the 4th day and the owner explained that there was no corrections after 3 days. I explained that this was unacceptable being that I spent $220, especially when on the phone she said it was $200. I came back for corrections after 1 week and she had the audacity to have an attitude, complaining in french about having to fix the braids. I made sure not to have greased my scalp that particular day so that she can see the scabs forming on my head from her poor and overly aggressive parting. At the end of the corrections, she had left me with these poorly styled edges that looked slapped on. Its my third week with them in. From a far they look nice, but even with wrapping my hair every night, its frizzy on the ends and I had one braid fall out. Poor workmanship, and poor attitude. Trashy service. And just to clarify its the older woman at the very back...

They tried to jump a customer and her young daughter, the little girl couldn’t have been no more than 8-10 years old and they was grabbing and hitting her and her mom after an argument. They told the lady they did not want to finish braiding the little girl hair before the other lady said to finish it and after that they tried to charge the mom more money apparently to finish the style and she wasn’t having it. I ended up leaving, I wouldn’t be returning, clearly they don’t respect their customers, pose a threat to them and try to scam their customers.

Edit: everything is camera so why lie and say she tried to run out the service? Y’all said y’all wasn’t going to braid down the little girl hair than try to charge the mother more money for braiding the braid down. You tried to scam her! She wasn’t haven’t it and demanded for the hair to be done properly or you wasn’t going to get paid. You only decided to do the hair properly after she left and got confronted by the ladies in the nail shop. They talked you into doing the hair properly, she even showed you that she had the money. Y’all are liars and scammers! Also that isn’t my friend, I saw everything happen! Every negative review is a lie, or someone friend lying. No accountability but what do you expect from scammers! Y’all met the right one last night and I hope yall stop trying to scam your customers with piss...

This is not a professional place at all. I got there around 12:30 pm . I asked one of the worker how much do you charge for four cornrows going back she said $50 dollars. The worker was speaking to the other lady in their language. And she said to me the other lady will do my hair. The lady that was supposed to do my hair told me to come back in 2 hours because she braiding another client hair and she will call me when she is done. I left the salon and went to nearest park to wait for her phone call. When 2 hours had past. I've decided to go back to the salon to see if she was done with the lady hair by the time i got their she was still braiding the lady hair. So i asked her if i can wait around in the hair salon because i have my 2 year old son. The worker said no i cannot wait in the hair salon. She will call me around 6 pm for me to come and get my hair braided. I went back home to wait on her phone call. Around 5:30 iI've decided to call the lady and ask her if i can come get my hair done she said she is still braiding the lady hair. She will call me. 6pm came i did not recieved any phone call from her. At the end of the day i did Not get my hair done. So their for i will not be looking forward for any of...
