Terrible! I went into this location because the MetroPCS customer service phone line made a mistake changing my phone service so I decided I’d go in person and ask to have it corrected. The man at the desk (who I assume is Niko based off the other reviews) refused to help me unless I paid $25 even though the mistake was made on their end. Eventually I agreed to pay the $25, and then he starts asking me to pay cash! When I tell him I’d rather pay with card (and point to the card reader they have) he tells me to go to the bank and get cash to pay him instead. I suspect he was going to pocket the cash himself but I can’t say for sure. In the end I ultimately left the store over his poor customer service and terrible interpersonal skills.
